The healthier your body, the easier it is to manifest your desires

It is common in our western society to allow external cues to dictate our eating habits rather than being guided by the signals our bodies emit. We fill up the plate, eat until it is all gone, and mindlessly graze while transfixed by the television We wake up in the morning and immediately reach for the coffee without questioning if the added caffeine will amp up anxiety
or if a warm cup of tea would do the trick
Lack of connection between the mind and body lowers your vibration.
Below I have complied some tips on how to bring mindfulness into mealtime.
Eat meals at a table.
• Don’t multi-task while eating.
• S L O W d o w n; experience the appearance, aroma, flavor, and texture fully.
• Put the fork down between bites. Don’t start preparing your next bite until you are done with the current bite.
• Stop eating when you are about 75% full. It can take up to 20 minutes after your stomach is full for your brain to receive the signal
• Before reaching for a snack ask yourself if you really have the sensation of hunger in your body or if you are just bored.
• If you’re not hungry enough to eat fruit or greens for a snack, you’re not hungry
• Eat the biggest meal of the day at midday. This give your body time to use the energy from the food rather than storing it as fat.
• Make a reasonable serving the first time and don’t go back for seconds.
• Occasionally treat yourself to sweet eats in the morning and you will likely eat less.
These are just suggestions. Even implementing a few occasionally will help to foster a more mindful relationship with food.
